SLIMKEY EVO OBD Plug&Play is a next-generation CANBUS FD service interface that allows for reliable vehicle gear indication.
The module connects to the vehicle's OBD II port.
SLIMKEY EVO OBD Plug&Play analyzes CANBUS data traffic, detecting the odometer signal, and therefore the vehicle's movement, and converting it into an easily usable output for interfacing with other devices (OUT not with 12V pull-up).
No configuration is required!
Compatibility extends to:
- vehicles with an OBD2 port and SAE-J2284 or ISO 15765 protocol
- vehicles designed from 2009 with petrol or diesel engines
Proper operation for vehicles prior to 2009 must be verified as it depends on the vehicle's design year.
The module is also compatible with CAN FD.
Automatic selection of vehicle CANBUS protocols
Upgradable firmware.
